 After graduating from high school in NW Georgia in 1979 I enlisted in the military. I took jump school at Ft. Benning, GA, then on to Special Forces training at Ft Bragg NC. I later deployed to East Africa.

After 8 years of service, I went into home construction for several years then moved on to a professional sales career for the next 15 years. I earned my real estate license in 2005 and my brokers' license just a few years later. I'm a graduate of GRI and a CRS & MRP designation and specialize in listing and selling residential and rural homes and properties. I built a property management division within our office and now maintain an inventory of 50+ residential homes and duplexes. I served on the board of directors of the Lake City Board of Realtors and past president 2017. I was voted by my peer's Realtor of the Year in 2015. I also, serve on the board of directors for The Habitat for Humanities as the family selection director for the Lake City/Columbia County area.

I have 3 amazing children. I enjoyed serving as head coach for the Lake City football team ages 11-13 for 9 years and the girls' middle school soccer coach. I am an NPC natural physique competitor and have been training and teaching fitness and nutrition for 35 plus years. I'm a practitioner and competitor in the IBJJF (Jiu Jitsu) Discipline.
